Things you need to know

  • Our check-in time is from 2 pm. As we do not have a reception area, we kindly ask for you to inform us of your estimated arrival time.

  • Subject to availability.

  • Our check-out time is 11 am.

  • A late checkout is subject only to availability. A charge will apply.

  • We are happy to organise your airport transfers. An extra charge will apply.

  • We offer free wifi in all of our villas.

  • We provide filtered water dispensers water in our villas.

  • Our villas embrace the warm Balinese air with traditional, open-air living areas. While we are proactive in ensuring our local fauna remains in nature, the design of our villas do make them vulnerable to the occasional friendly appearance. We appreciate your understanding!

  • We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The full balance of payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival date

  • Fully refunadable up to 30 days prior to arrival.

  • We ask parents to use their own discretion when booking our villas. There is no pool fencing and so children would need full supervision in all living areas. We also caution that as none of our bedrooms are adjoining they may not be appropriate for younger children.

  • Cots are available by request for Sabbia Two only. A charge will apply.

  • Our villas include a daily maid service. Linens are changed every third day and in between guests, in line with industry standards, however should you desire your linens to be changed more frequently please discuss with our management team.
